What we collect
Waitlist: your email address, browser language and signup date. Platform (r3traffic dashboard): account data, project configuration, channel credentials (stored encrypted), content items and their approval history, and Search Console metrics for the properties you connect.
Why we collect it
To provide the content-generation and approval service, to contact waitlist members about access, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers that operate the service (hosting, database).
Legal basis (GDPR)
Consent for the waitlist; performance of the service contract for platform data; legitimate interest for service operation and security logging.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept while your account or waitlist entry is active. You may request access, rectification, portability, restriction or erasure of your data at any time via the contact above. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD (www.aepd.es).
Security
Encrypted transport (HTTPS) everywhere, credentials encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), per-tenant isolation, and EU-hosted infrastructure. See our Security page for detail.
